My Brother In-Law is getting ready to finish his instrument training (and give my plane back to me so I can fly it again). He is going to continue his training to become a CFI (no ambition to be a corporate pilot). He loves flying and want to teach others. I want to get him a model AC that has operational alerons and elevator controls that he can use for demo purposes with his students. Does anybody know where I can get such a plane? I am open to any and all suggestions.

walmart has some cheapo toy airplanes that have done the trick for me before.

another good option is RC aircraft. some electric models are pretty cheap and demo flight controls and props very well. plus they are fun to fly!
