I am starting my training for a CFI and I would like to buy a wooden model airplane that has moveable control surfaces for instruction. I have seen one when I did some aerobatic training so I know they are out there somewhere. Any thoughts on where I can find a source for this kind of teaching aid?
Thanks ya'll

Yep. A google didn't find him, but amazingly I still have the contact in my address book.

Michael Fuenfer, a CFI in Vero Beach had a neighbor who made models with movable control surfaces.

I think Sporty's had them a while back but we bought them from him directly.

Sells the wooden airplane models
Cherokee, High Wing, Twin
Cherokee $25

My CFI is still using the ones I gave him and Bruce has them, too.

I'll PM the contact info. NB: I have no idea if it's still good. This goes back many years now.
