The best suggestion I can make is to fly into KANE and take a car over to Lindey's Prime Steak House. They should be able to tell you how to get there at the airport. If that's not the best steak I've ever had, it's in the top two.
The owner is a seaplane pilot, and they've got a second restaurant at a seaplane base in Montana. I told the owner one time that it seemed to me like an excuse for someone to have a seaplane, and he admitted that was about right.

We went to a rib joint on a golf course in Litchfield (KLJF) a few years back. There was a courtesy car at the time, and the ribs were good, though not as spectacular as 100dollarhamburger led us to believe.
