Does anyone here have any experience with Millennium cylinders, especially for Lycomimg 320? My compressions during my last annual were all in the 70's but the time on my engine is getting on up there and I'm trying to do some planning for the future. Thanks.

My Aztec had brand new ones on its left engine. By 650 hours all 6 were failing compression.

Do some reading/listening here:

Good stuff on cylinders and TBO, as well as how to make an engine last. All cylinder makers have issues. ECi is famous. But Lycoming and old Continental had issues too.
Good luck.

3000 smoh on my o320 with milleniums. Never been topped, compressions 79, 79, 70, 78

I'm majoring it now due to seal leakage and will definitely replace with millenium

No direct experiences with the Milleniums. A friend has him on his O-320 and has had no problems. Search on here about ECI and learn about my horror stories with them. I now have Lycomings on my engine and have not had issues since then.
