From South Africa - greetings. I, like yourselves, am aviation crazy and thought I'd tun to you and hope.
I (and a few friends) have a medical situation which is desperate. Our wives suffer from chronic migraines.
It's an affliction I don't wish on my worst enemy - have any of you or your wives/family members had any success in the treatment of Migraines? I consider South African medicine to be really up there with the best - remember Dr Christiaan Barnard? Our neurologists are First World as are the other disciplines but we are stumped with this migraine dilemma.
