Selling Midway was between selling the Chicago Skyway and selling the Chicago parking meters, which BTW, has led to a huge citizen revolt.

At some rare times even Prince Ritchie has ta back off. He hasn't yet on the meters and may not be able to without soaking the tax payers again.

I had some hope that he Midway deal was going to fall apart.

It might be a huge benefit if somebody were to to make present of a financial calculator to Duh Mare and show him how the NPV button works. These corporate partnerships know real well.

The other factor is how they "lease" for example, an $1.00 an hour parking meter which is allegedly money losing to the private company that makes it $7.00 an hour. You know. Duh Mare doesn't want to take the hit for raising fees or something.
