This happened yesterday about 15 miles along one of our high traffic routes from Talkeetna to Denali! Amber Lake is a reporting point if heading toward the Kahiltna Glacier on the S side of the Nat Park.
Though it was accessible by road, the ground responders could not get close to the burning wreckage due to ammunition cooking off in the aircraft.
No TFR was placed around the site, but local pilots generally stayed clear of it as a courtesy to the local LEA's.
No details regarding the collision have been released, as the NTSB and FAA are still interviewing the pilot of the C206 which ultimately landed safely in ANC.
Condolences to the families of the 4 in the C180.
