Nevermind. Found what I needed.
 
Winds vary from 030 to 100..... I think, I just push the decode button.

Suggestion to OP: It is ok to modify your post to say you found the answer, but it is rude to delete the original question.

If I am off base, I am sure, and I expect, to be corrected.

I agree. Always can learn something. Leave it up.
 
Only the OCD folks have a problem with folks changing their mind about posting a question.

And I suspect the majority of pilots have some degree of CDO. (I put it in alphabetical order for you).
 
He posted a metar that was something like. 09010KT 030V100. He asked what the 030V100 meant.
