Nevermind. Found what I needed.
 
Winds vary from 030 to 100..... I think, I just push the decode button.

Why not leave the original question? Maybe someone else could learn from it, or it would show up if someone else searched?

Does this annoy anyone else?

Suggestion to OP: It is ok to modify your post to say you found the answer, but it is rude to delete the original question.

If I am off base, I am sure, and I expect, to be corrected.

edit: I should have read a few more answers before I posted where others addressed this.

And I suspect the majority of pilots have some degree of CDO. (I put it in alphabetical order for you).
 
He posted a metar that was something like. 09010KT 030V100. He asked what the 030V100 meant.
