Messed up FAA med form

I just filled out the form and submitted it. But I read it wrong and only included my last doctors appointment. So I need to add more. What should I do? Can they add it at the appointment?

Do not let the AME open the exam in the system until you have fixed this.

You can create a new account with a new user name and submit a new form. Alternatively you can wait until the one you submitted times out (I don’t recall how long that takes), then submit a new one.

You don’t have to do any of that. You can tell the AME at your appointment and they can add the visits to the form on their end.
