Memphis ARTCC outage?

On my FedEx shipment status:

"Low cloud coverage and an air traffic control radar outage at Memphis hub may cause some service delays and disruptions within the U.S. today."

Any more details? Google search of news didn't find anything.

You answered it yourself: low cloud coverage over the radar - the radar can't see either! That's how that works, right?

"The Memphis hub and flight operations experienced substantial disruptions last night due to low cloud coverage that impacted visibility and an air traffic control radar outage that impacted inbound and outbound flight operations."

Sounds like an ASR outage at KMEM so Memphis approach was using CENRAP, their radar data was coming from an ARTCC ARSR which required greater separation.
