A triple-decker 755 passenger plane that does STOL. Is there something I'm missing that makes this thing flyable?

No problem. All I see is money. Money, money, money will make it fly. Gar-on-teed 'mericun.

"In an emergency, the wings would break into smaller pieces and separate from the fuselage, helping to reduce damage to the passenger sections."

lol

Dilithium crystals and the warp field generator.

It's relatively easy to "design" vapor using technologies that don't actually exist.

The more people you can carry the better . How often can you fly full? Sometimes more is not always better.

Up to 755 passengers could be accommodated, across three decks, each for a different "class" of traveler.

In an emergency the doors to the lower decks could be locked to allow the first class passengers to escape first...will their be enough lifeboats for all on board, I wonder?

Perhaps they'll partner with Moller to market and produce it.

It makes sense. He is the leading expert in vaporware. He has perfected the art. He absolutely should be on this team of cutting edge pioneers.

Quite simply it will never be. Not so much because of tech hurdles but for the simple reason that something that wide just takes up too much gate space. Almost as scarce as ocean front property, there's only so much of it, it's very valuable and heavily guarded.
