Medxpress shows approved, called FAA and still said "In Review"

Hi y'all!
As the title suggests which is more accurate? I did call the general medical division just to confirm and they said it was still in review, maybe I should try giving my regional flight surgeon a call?
I have a nice big green checkmark after my medical being taken away 2 months ago and clearing up my case with the FAA.
