Medical Third class name change?

Hello everyone. I got my medical certificate like a week ago. I put my middle name that my dad goes by and not his legal name. I need to change this on my medical certificate. Does anyone know how I can do that? I already called my doctor and he said I would have to contact FAA. Does anyone know the number I should contact to do this?

I assume that your use of a different middle name is such that your "Medical Certificate and Student Pilot Certificate" doesn't match your ID? I'm surprised the doctor didn't verify, but...
