Medical status on FAA website

My medical was deferred a few months ago and when I checked the airman registry today it showed that I had a 1st class medical. Days ago it just stated “no medical info available”.

Did I just get my medical back ?!? Or is it possible the website is in error? Excited but withholding a full celebration just yet

Generally, this means you have been issued.

Does it say "call some number for info?" I think that's the current wording that indicates you've got a special issuance (you used to know because it said "Not valid for any class after..." some date.
