Hi, I am a student pilot and need to take a medical flight test. What does that consist of. The flight surgeon is sending the authorization so that I can take the test. Vision 20/50 uncorrectable in one eye. Other eye 20/20
 
In a very general sense, you take a flight with a FSDO inspector who evaluates your ability to correct identify the items he asks you to identify and your ability to safely operate an aircraft.
