I have to report a mental health diagnosis from when I was younger when I go to do my physical in the future. My question is that when I report this mental health diagnosis, will the FAA request ALL of my medical records (including childhood+ the latter), or will they just need medical records pertaining to this one condition?

There's a question in section 18... where all the Yes/No questions are located, 18m which asks of mental disorders of any sort. The devil is in the details, however.
It would behoove you to start pulling together all the records you have, but it's quite likely that they will ask for current testing.
