An episode of Bell's Palsy? The general symptom was numbness on the right side of my face. It was treated with an anti-viral and accupuncture. 100% recovery and there's no lasting affects.

1. contact AOPA medical and ask
2. make sure whatever tests and documentation and such you need are done BEFORE you go to the AME and that you have all the documentation and test reports with you (make duplicates for the AME, keep the originals for your files
3) contact AOPA medical

Bell's palsy that has recovered doesn't require documentation, provided the eyelid is completely normal. AME writes "Complete recovery manifest" and that's all that's written.
