Medical deferred to approved in 5 1/2 months wity ADHD!

My class 1 medical was deferred on October 3rd of last year for adhd. I went in and did all of my psych testing November 25th and had all of the paperwork sent in the first week of February, I can’t remember the exact day. So it was just over a month between when I got the faa everything they asked for and when it was approved. Im absolutely stoked and cannot believe it was approved so fast! I was in review for a little over a week. I was fully prepared to wait until late summer and even then I thought I might not have it. I called my congressman and had his office send in an inquiry and I wholeheartedly believe that’s why it was done so fast. If your medical is deferred, CALL YOUR CONGRESSMAN.

If any of you have any questions about any part of the process just let me know!

Congratulations! Did you call your Representative or Senator?

Awesome, my physical was in January, but I did the Cog screen and neuropsychological evaluation (chronic SSRI pathway) a couple of months prior to that. Hopefully will be hearing back from them soon. Everything is in review.
