i have done my FAA medical exam and was denied a certificate due to being on antidepressants (wellbutrin extended release + prozac) at the time, this was january this year. since then i've weaned off both of them under the supervision of a doctor, i am no longer taking these at all. i was on wellbutrin for a little over a year and then prozac for about 6 weeks when i started coming off. i am currently waiting out my 90 days before i can reapply (per Pathway I). what are my chances on getting approved? anything i can do in the interim to help my case?

This reply is conditional base on the ASSUMPTION tha this was you one an only episode requiring psychiatry support in your ENTIRE LIFE, AND on there being no suicidality in your record AND duration of on meds was <24 months:

If the doc is not an MD psychiatrist, FAA need to know eight things, nad not "seven, of eight... will this do?"

Date of treatment
Date of cessation
Formal high resolution diagnosis
Doc has to NAME the stimulus that caused you to require Psychiatry support.
That the stimulus has gone away, ended, fini.
That there was no sucidality to his/her knowledge
That he has seen you at >60 days from discontinuation and you have no symtpoms remaining. e.g well recovered.
