I’m trying to do the same. Other than calling DC and OKC, that’s all I’m aware of.

I don't know how quickly and/or frequently it's updated, but the FAA Pilot (and mechanic, flight attendant, controller, etc.) database will have the latest approval date. It's not impossible (because gov!) that it shows up there before your mailbox or ME.
