Meaning of PSIL in PVASI(PSIL)

I'm probably not looking in the right place... What does "PSIL" mean in the context of a Pulsating Visual Approach Slope Indicator (PVASI)?

It shows up as "PVASI(PSIL)" in the 4th line of the AFD for Catalina airport (KAVX), located off the coast of Southern California, link here:

Edit - Wow. The "I" in PSIL is a reference to "vasI"? That's certainly obtuse. You'd think it would be PSVL and PSVR.

Hee, hee, I remember when bob landed on that VASI, we didn't get one back for a long time. We had the plane (ArrowII) back flying long before we got a VASI back. I made a nice piece of change repairing the cowl and nose gear doors, the price to buy a set was ungodly. My boss didn't know I could do such nice glass work.
