anyone else watching? Just started Season one today and it's pretty good so far.

I saw it featured on Netflix but wasn't sure if I'd like it, it's worth it?

Only two episodes in and they are still setting up backstory, characters, relationships, and hinting at what the major drama will be. But so far my answer is yes.

Thanks I'll check it out, tonight is TWD, Into the Badlands, Homeland and Billions, I need a life, lol.

My criteria for watching anything is that if it has a wizard, a dragon or defiance of the laws of physics, I won't watch it.

I'm with you on the first two, but that excludes a lot of good stuff....

Sorta cuts out Star Wars...

I can't think of a single science fiction show it doesn't eliminate. Interpreted literally, it gets rid of nearly every action flick too (people apparently aren't blown off their feet backwards by a 45cal bullet), etc.

I mean, I guess if you're REALLY into cooking shows, home improvement and Bob Ross (happy little clouds), but.

(This is not to say timbeck2 doesn't have a point. His filter also eliminates 99% of the crap I usually don't finish watching.)

Is that the alternate history one? I remember thinking I'd like to see that, then I lost unlimited internet.

Yep. What the US would be like if the Axis powers won. I'm waiting on season 3 to come out. Finished the first 2 in a week.

There is a local station here the shows "The Incredible Hulk" With Bill Bixby and Lou Ferrigno. It is as corny as I remember, but I seem to watch it 2 or 3 times a week.

I just started Iron Fist today. Im enjoying it a lot. very similar story to Arrow, which I also enjoyed immensely. I often forget that the Marvel universe is one big world, and when I see characters cross between shows (Flash-Arrow, Iron Fist-Daredevil) it makes me appreciate the amount of detail and imagination that goes into Marvel.

The episode where Joy gets kidnapped started to bring things together. The fight in the hall and elevator was a good one.

And you're right that this does mirror Arrow quite a bit.. Including the dark brooding villain father who is beholden to a secret organization.

And Sensei Wing is one badass chica.

DC/WB is all like "Wonder Woman's too confusing for a movie!" and Marvel/Disney is all like "Here's a raccoon with a machine gun"

Why? Those things appear in what is known as "fiction".
I always chuckle to myself when I read the goofs on IMDB for science fiction. "Omichron 3 is 5 parsecs from earth. It would take the Enterprise a week to get there"! I guess they didn't get the "fiction" part of science fiction. Now the wind storms in "The Martian", that was pretty bad.

Karen is like seven episodes in. I saw part of one. LOL. I'm just not the TV watcher in the house. Except during NFL season.

I can't be entertained by a movie if it insults my intelligence. However if the movie is intended to be stupid, I don't mind; example Airplane, Dumb and Dumber, etc. But, having said that I can't stand predictable humor such as the three stooges. I don't find them funny at all.
