Marker beacon

I have a Garmin 340 audio panel that has marker beacon lights but no place I can find to plug in a marker beacon antenna

You have to pin the coax into the connector. The install manual shows what pins.

Being a stickler for thoroughness (a.k.a. OCD), I'd want my marker beacon connected and operative.
But, realistically, does anyone care anymore? Maybe for the CAT III guys? Very few markers left anywhere on ILS approaches.

Mine goes off just infrequently enough that I forget what the sound is. Scares the crap out of me for a second. Never use it, but have flown over an outer marker or two at > 5k AGL.
