I suspect if you do a real survey of those born in March you will find they account for 1/12th of the folks exhibiting whatever trait you are investigating.

April, June, September, and November throw the numbers off by a fraction. And February. That bastard can’t decide how long he wants to be and changes his mind every four years for a year.
