Line Up and Wait
Did anybody else attend this airshow today? It was actually my first ever and my kids and I had a blast. My fifteen year old had just turned down a discovery flight for his birthday last week. After seeing the Stearman with the wing walker and the extra 300 doing barrel rolls, he's changed his mind. EAA chapter 183 is offering young Eagles rides next week and now he can't wait. All of my kids were astounded by the aerobatics. I've always been nervous about going to airshows because I had this unreasonable fear that I or my kids would see someone get killed. That fear is gone now and this was the first of many. It was good to see my kids stare at something other than their tablets...
