Man Shot for Palm Springs Runway Incursion

PALM SPRINGS, Calif. -- A man is in critical condition after driving a truck across two active airport runways and being shot several times.

Police say the man crossed the runways at Palm Springs International Airport in California, broke a lock on a plane door and tried to run over an officer.

Police officer or not, if you try to run someone over that has a gun, you should expect to get shot.

I'm with you as long as what was reported are the facts. Initial reports can sometimes be wrong and we all know how good the press is at getting things straight on the first try.

the car chase he managed to get his pants off.
