One slight hole is how does one use TCAS with the transponder turned off?
Answer: you can't and ADS-B is integrated with TCAS. Sorry, kind of a wet blanket eh?
Sorry to interject accuracy into your fantasy, but ADS-B is a transponder function and not part of TCAS.
Let's not get overly technical here, I said it is integrated with TCAS into the ATC/TCAS control. There is no ADS-B box or controller or display in a 777.
Considering all that's been written in this thread you seriously think I'm the one with a fantasy?
