Who frickin cares, the "war" on drugs is a joke, its futile and does not serve the people.

There was a float plane shot down in S. America a while back, thought he was "drug running" turned out to be a pilot, husband and pregnant wife, torn apart by rounds under the supervision of a US aircraft. Make me feel all safe knowing the govt kills the "bad guys".

All and all just a sad joke.
 
Flight plan isn't going to help with them. A friend ferried a plane to Argentina a couple of years ago. Venezuela was given a wide berth out of fear.
 
It's their airspace. Their house, their rules. Don't wanna get a sidewinder between the ailerons, don't bust their airspace. It's their right as a sovereign country. We cannot apply OUR beliefs to THEIR country. Wars are fought on this very problem. They want to smoke every single plane out if the sky, go right ahead. Don't like that plan, don't fly there. The article said the plane refused to land.... We will do the exact same thing here. Anywhere POTUS is at, expect something fast and at gross weight with various forms of ouch on board.....bug smasher N1234W comes to close, it's gonna be a heluva mess.
 
Shoot first and always carry a drop piece. Gotcha. Obviously we need to ratchet up the war on drugs if Venezuela is doing a better job then us. Time for the US to start shooting our little airplanes out if the sky.

Not a good idea. Because after you land, the militia will ask for a cut and then you will have to explain to the bosses how you lost a few kilos ...

There was a story recently about a drone from MX that crashed and had meth on board. It's only time before we start blasting quads from the sky.

That's the one.... sick

This is our government and our tax dollars "at work"

IMO the crew of that observation jet and the attack aircraft should be lined up and shot.. in the gut and left to die, first offer on who gets to pull the trigger should go to the family of the victims. Then take the pensions and savings and assets of those terrorists and dispense it to the families of the victims, along with the proceeds from the seizure and sale of all aircraft used in that crime.

Of course that's just my redicioulus opinion, I'm sure the approiate agencies have investigated themselves and found they did nothing wrong and I highly doubt anything came of it.
