Is anyone using, or can recommend, a basic aircraft maintenance logging software solution? In other words, an electronic logbook for the aircraft itself, to include tracking maintenance, the ability to determine which ADs effect the aircraft (by make, model, serial number, etc.) and track the respective AD compliance.

Everything I’ve seen so far is geared towards the corporate fleet, and has all sorts of bells and whistles I don’t need for my small GA aircraft. Any ideas?

Thanks.

I just have a little notebook in the plane plus google calendar alerts.

You could whip something up in excel if you're good, or know someone who is.

I don't think there's any software targeted to individual GA type things. People generally make their own excel sheet, or track via some paper format.

If any of y'all have an excel sheet you use for this type of thing, I'd like to get a copy. I've actually been tossing around the idea of creating a virtual log book. Maintenance, airframe, engine, etc. might be a good addition and, if I can compile a list of things folks want to see, I can look around to see if it can be done effectively.
