What aith all of these last minute arrivals who want to stay Saturday night. We outta consider trying to arrange to get the Villa as Grant posted on the wiki at http://pilotcast.com/gastons/index.php?Share A Room

Has anyone considered getting the River Villa for the weekend and farming out the rooms?

River Villa (Based on 20 people)

$1050.00 - Ten bedrooms (4 downstairs - 6 upstairs), each bedroom has two double beds, full bath; Large center meeting room downstairs, Full kitchen, Fireplace, Large patio with Fireplace typegrill, 4 boats included

If we got 10 folks signed up it would be $105 per bedroom which is less than a cottage. I guess you have to deal with WHICH bedroom each gets so set a variable rate from $125 to $75 and let those who pay the most get first choice.
