First, you can go to the FAA web site and have a new permanent one sent to you. See http://www.faa.gov/licenses_certificates/medical_certification/faq/response17/ for how to do that. In addition, for immediate needs, you can an emergency document in .pdf form by return email -- same as for your pilot and (if you hold one) flight instructor certificates.
