Looney Tunes Approach “broken”?

I was looking to the north east, and it appears the Portsmouth, New Hampshire approach to runway 16, known as the Looney Tunes approach, is now broken. They did away with TTATT. It’s now CARAY.

What….. the….. f**k.

Anyone have insight? What happened?

TTATT is on the missed.

TTATT has moved around some.

In Amdt 1 (pre-2010), it was the MAP, located prior to the runway.
In Amdt 2 (2010), the MAP was changed to the runway, and TTATT was moved to be the first fix on the missed approach. Whether this was done because a first fix was needed, or just to maintain the phrase I do not know.
In Amdt 3 (2021?) a stepdown fix was added in final for better minimums. That fix, CARAY, does not seem to have any relation to the phrase.

Thank you for posting this. I have flown that approach but could not remember the airport.
