Looking up SB's and AD's

Is there someplace on the web I can go to find SB's and AD's for a specific airplane. I know my mechanic has access to this data. Is it available to the general public?

a lot of mfg's make you purchase the SB's Chip. Not sure about Extra.

Don't forget that there may be SB's and AD's written against the engine, prop, and other accessories.

After going to the FAA's web site to down load all the AD's for your airframe, engine, and propeller you should make a list for all the accessions. Depending on the aircraft and engine most of the manufactures now have SB’s downloadable on their web sites for free. It will take some time to do a little research, but it will be worth it learning more about your aircraft.
