Bobby, you appear to have a boatload of problems and you come to an internet board for answers?
I have such a guy. Part 141. But it requires HIMS Level constant surveillance every three months. That’s very different than an internet board…
Positive drug test……(which you are looking for support to not report and thus become a class 4 felon…don’t go there).
Anxiety disorder ?Likely recurrent?
FAA doesn’t go for hidden inexpertly characterized pilots. First thing you need to do is get documentable by (by experts, to a family practice guy) …well.
