If you can do 52 Fox Northwest regional, arrow valley whatever it's called nowadays there's open t hangers probably cheaper than you're going to find anywhere else. I know nobody loves the idea of an open t hanger but I've been in one for 12 years with no issue.
I have to double check but I believe I'm paying $250 a month. I believe there are some empty ones right now. Let me know.
