Mission has changed and now need a 182 IFR equipped. Not looking for a cream puff or a project (don't have time for that). Maybe can find someone who doesn't need a heavy hauler any more but would like to have a nice VFR RV-6.

The original "I don't know it all" of aviation.
On Controller last week, there was a "cream puff" as you put it of a 182Q with low time engine, new P&I, and a very updated panel. Two tube Aspen, GTN 750 & 650, and more. $150k asking price.
But that might be top of the market for that series.
Many others are out there that might fit your budget and "installed item" list.
I fly a 1975 182P and really like the performance it offers.
