Logging time with expired medical

Let's say I am a pilot completely legal to fly PIC except for the fact that I just let my medical expire. Say a friend let's me fly his plane from the right seat, with him in the left (he is legal PIC). How would this time be logging in my log book?

PIC, you are rated in category and class and sole manipulator. That is all. The medical is only required for ACTing as Pilot in Command. I think Troy Whistman had a really cool smash bang whiz flow chart that layed it all out.
