Well, for your car anyway. Just found the following on a car insurance web site:

car insurance company said:
According to a 2005 Quality Planning Corporation (QPC) study of 15 million policyholders and 2 million claims, the riskiest place is within one mile of a restaurant. In fact, you're 30 percent more likely to get into an accident if you live near a restaurant.

According to the QPC study, you're also more likely to get into an accident if you live near grocery stores, schools, and banks. Some of the safest places to live are near airports, parks, and racetracks.

Of course, this assumes you don't live near an airport near me. If you're near an airport and near me at the same time, your chances of a car accident are greatly increased, because I'm probably looking at the airplanes!
