how does a lipoma affect a medical? non-malignant and no flow. it's visible with no pain. reducing in size over time
 
Lipomas should have no affect on your medical in any way. If you want to have them removed, it is a procedure done by a dermatologist. Self ground for a day while the stitch heals, done.
