Touchdown! Greaser!
So I finally got a round tuit and performed surgery on my Lightspeed 20-3G headset. The ANR had quit working, and I didn't want to send it in, so Lightspeed handed me an entire new battery box at Oshkosh. This is what it looked like to put it in:
1. Remove the left-hand ear cup:
2. Remove the inner foam:
3. Undo some screws, and pull the other side off the earcup:
4. Detach the cable from the old box:
5. Voila. Old box out.
Reverse the steps, and it's all back together. The new battery box even has stronger springs, like I'd suggested to them a while back. Sweet.
