But does record me when I speak.

Audio cable from headset to iPad.
No Bluetooth connection.
iPad mini 4 with lighting adapter.
iPad Air 4 with USB-C adapter. (one at a time)

I can hear and speak with headset.
FlightLink will record my voice but not audio from plane.

Any Lightspeed experts out there?
I’m trying to work with Lightspeed but not getting much traction.

Right now it’s the app or the headset. I’m leaning towards the headset being bad.
FlightLink records some audio and wouldn’t differentiate between my voice and the plane’s audio unless there’s stereo mikes involved.
Could I plug a passive headset into the audio jack on the Lightspeed?

Let us know if you figure it out, I never did figure out how to get flightlink to record both sides of the conversation, which make is pretty useless. Fortunately was not a feature I needed.

haven't used FL in years but when I used it with the tango's it recorded everything, if I recall correctly.

Well second new headset has the same issue.
4 different iOS devices
2 different adapters and direct to a 3.5mm on an air 2.
3 different 4 conductor audio cables
Will record from headset mic or an iPhone playing music.
Will not record audio I hear from the panel.

I was afraid this was going to happen, the way Lightspeed was being so slow to address the problem it didn’t seem like they wanted to deal with it.

My problem is I picked the Zulu’s over Bose only because of FlightLink.
