I'd just put up with the ridiculous cost of the TIO 540 for now. Throttle it back, treat it gently. When you can buy that Commander, buy it then.

Appreciate all of the replies and inputs - right now, I am leaning toward Bruce's recommendation - just found out that insurance mins for the AC 500 are not bad at all (only need about 150 more TT - I already meet the ME mins), so I think I'm best off enjoying the PA32RT until I'm ready to move up to the bigger cabin.
