A buddy of mine from Omaha and I are having a mini fly-in. We're meeting in the middle at Lexington, NE. Doesn't look like there's much going on there, but is there anyone familiar who can recommend a nearby restaurant for breakfast? Thanks.

BTW, we chose Lexington because it led to equal flight times for both of us in our respective airplanes.

You're going to want to go to North Platte (LBF) instead. They have a pretty good restaurant on field. http://www.northplatteairport.com/airport_inn_restaurant_and_catering.php
