Final Approach
Last Spring, I shared with some of you that my lender on a subdivision got in trouble and on short notice, I had to move a sizable loan. Well, the regulators just shut them down.

Great folks there. When they found they were in trouble, they gave me an incentive to move my loan. Luckily, after a lot of stress and work, I was able to find another good lender and refinance.
A lot of folks are getting caught up in situations like this and can't find another lender. I had several great things going for me and a friend on a bank board that steered me. Many aren't so fortunate.
Very sad situation.
