What's the "D" next to the airport elevation in the airport diagram area mean?

I checked all of the NACO IFR chart user guide documents and couldn't find that symbol listed. My GUESS is that its a warning to check density altitude at this high / hot airport.... but I haven't found documentation to confirm that hunch, and I don't like to guess with IFR flying.

It means runway declared distance information is available in the A/FD. See page K1 of the TPP.
