Recently it was reported the last Bo through a dealer was delivered. I spotted her today. It's not often one sees a brand new plane. It even had the fresh paint smell.

The N number signifys "For 60 years" for the 60 yrs that the Bonanza has been in production.

Pity to saddle such a beautiful aircraft with such a hideous color scheme. I didn't realize Beech had stopped production of the Bonanza. Sad.

My understanding all Bonanas will be sold factory direct for now on.

So does that mean we have to go pick our own bonanas straight from the tree!? That stinks! And how do bonanas taste compared to their cousin the banana? :D :D

Allow me to apply the proper correction: I typed it that way on purpose, therefore an unintentional typo does not exist. That you may be thinking I was unaware of the typo means you would be mistaking...and it's not my fault. :D

Hmm - have they switched their dealers to mfr reps? Interesting. I guess that would help the reps, since they won't have to hold inventory any more. Cessna and Piper dealers still have to carry the inventory on their books.
