We are considering a fuel stop in Houston, Missouri. Fuel is pretty cheap there ($3.85 per gallon). Any reports?:blueplane:

Sounds too good to be true...I'd call to double check the price hasn't moved since the last report is from May 22nd.

I just checked with the city of Houston and the fuel price is $3.85. She said they have plenty, so stop on by.

I'm sure we'll clean 'em out! :D Are they open on Sunday? Or is it self-serve?

I called the sheriff's office. They do fuel after hours. There is no "call out" fee. The office person said just call when you get on the ground.
From Airnav:

That sounds amazing. I'm up for a fuel run if anyone wants to join in from Gaston's...

Airnav comments say the gas pump does not take credit cards... does the Sheriff? Or is this "cash" only?

You know, that's not very far from Gastons either. Wow. Too bad I'm not flying.
