Hey guys. Got a C-172 and Looking for any&all destinations that have a Landing Strip on-site for a Cabin/Lodge and Fishing. I think you'll all know what dream I'm referring to... "You fly in with your pals.. taxi right up to your cabin that sits right by the lake full of the best fishing around.." Yea Buddy!!

Only one place comes to mind.....

Gastons! 3m0. Grass strip on the White River and world record trout fishing. Everything you need is there. Boats, bait, quality restaurant, cabins in all sizes, ground transportation, pool, kids playgrounds, hiking trails....

A short drive will also put you in Bull Shoals lake.

Depends on your plane, how much real estate you need, how ruff and if you can land on snow or water.

Here's a good resource.

Went there once to drive through. My grandma lives right by there!

McGee Ranger station Id. very doable in a 172, it's grass but shouldn't be and real problem.
Not fished vary often, and some pretty heavy trout in the creek. (NO SERVICES)
