I fly into there all the time to see relatives. There's nothing tricky about it really, not a huge amount of traffic. Chennault and Southland Field are both close by, so just make sure you land at the right airport. A commercial airliner did this in the last couple of years or so.
Freeman Jet Center is the FBO on the field. The service had been a little spotty since it changed ownership a while ago, but the last time I was there, it seemed the service had improved noticeably.
A drive to the casino will take about 10 or 15 minutes at most. Taxi or rental cars are available, but I would call ahead for either of those to make sure they're setup.
