Lake 250 1986 1500 TT, 120 SFOH, Paint this year, King Equipped, Britain Auto, strikefinder, no corrosion same owner last 25 years, 195K

Meyers 200D 1966 550 SFRMN, Garmin 430, KX155, Century 2000, strikefinder, 85K

5000 square foot hangar at X50 bifold doors at each end buy the hangar and will throw in a twin comanche that needs some work 400k.
 
would be helpful for folks to know where it is . . . would help us understand why a hangar is $400k . . .

My wife really wants me to get rid of the Meyers and get me down to 2 airplanes, needless to say I understand
